Effective Date:
To ensure the highest level of precision and quality in our culinary journeys, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to the following reservation policies.
1. Reservation Guarantee
Credit Card Requirement: All bookings for Le Voyage and L’Excellence require a valid credit card to secure the table.
Pre-authorization: A temporary hold or a non-refundable deposit may be applied depending on the party size and selected experience.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Due to the meticulous preparation and limited seating of our dining room:
Cancellation Window: Cancellations or reductions in party size must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours, or failure to arrive for your reservation, will incur a fee of $150 per person (for Le Voyage) or $250 per person (for L’Excellence). This fee will be charged to the card on file.
3. Punctuality
The Journey Flow: Our tasting menus are a synchronized experience. We allow a grace period of 15 minutes.
Late Arrivals: Guests arriving significantly late may miss specific courses of the narrative to ensure the rhythm of the service remains undisturbed for other diners.
4. Dietary Requirements
Advance Notice: To provide a bespoke experience, all allergies or specific dietary restrictions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Limitations: Due to the complexity of our 10-course experience, we may not be able to accommodate severe or multiple restrictions without prior notice.
5. Dress Code & Atmosphere
Elegant Attire: We maintain a Sophisticated/Business Formal dress code. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing sportswear, shorts, or flip-flops.
Children: To preserve the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant, we welcome children aged 12 and older who will participate in the full tasting menu.
